Workplace Innovation

This capstone course is designed to inspire innate creativity to help launch major projects or untangle difficult situations. It focuses on providing fresh insight and new perspective on even the most routine elements of any job and to view problem solving as a creative opportunity. Students will tackle real-world workplace issues and learn to create innovative and workable solutions for the good of the organization. Prerequisite: Eighteen credits of 196 core courses.
