Build on foundational retail meat sales skills with a focus on customer engagement, inventory control, and pricing strategies. Students will expand their knowledge of food safety, packaging, labeling, and order fulfillment while learning to direct operations, oversee value-added products using HACCP principles, and enhance sanitation for high-volume sales.
