We will taste a wine made from the Alicante Bouschet grape discovered in France, but made famous in Portugal, a wine made from the Cabernet Franc grape from Mendoza, Argentina, a red blend of Grenache grape from Southern France, a wine made from the Carignan grape from Southern France, and a wine made from the Tannat grape from Lodi, California. We will experience the differences between these unique wines paired with various cheeses.
