Asian Glass Noodle Stir-Fry

Glass or cellophane noodles are made from a potato or bean starch, making them unique with its transparency and texture. This will be your new favorite noodle dish to prepare for a potluck. Participants will prepare three different dishes using a variety of glass noodles, homemade sauces, prepared vegetables, and meat. Get ready for some sticky and fun mess!
