Manufacturing Principles

This course focuses on productivity, efficiency, and quality in manufacturing. Topics covered will include lean manufacturing, value, 5S methodology, value stream mapping, setup reduction and quick changeover, cellular flow, total productive maintenance, and statistical process control (SPC).
