Topics include network design; installation and configuration of a commonly used network operating system; service packs and updated drivers; user accounts, groups, profiles, and policies; file system security; printer management; and application software installation, backup, and recovery. Prerequisite: IT Essentials 10154102; Corequisite: Linux 10151105
